Office/Testing Coordinator

I am the Office Coordinator. I had interpreted services for the deaf at my church before getting formal training at the St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute in St. Paul, MN.  I worked as a Sign Language Interpreter for many years as a volunteer at church, as well as in the community as a free lance contractor.  I also worked for the Austin Independent School District in Austin, TX as an interpreter for five years.

It was in Austin that I met my wonderful husband, David, and we moved to Reno to begin his new career and our family.  I was a stay-at-home mom for many years before returning to the work force and I am thankful for the rich, friendly and loving environment that I work in at Excel.  When I’m not working, my life is filled with following my two children and cheering them on in all their activities.
