Excel Christian School’s Annual Serve-a-thon Fundraiser - May 7, 2010
S.W.A.T. is school-wide day of community service. Students, parents, and teachers participate in projects in the Reno/Sparks area, reaching out and helping our community in practical ways. Last year's projects included
- The Veterans Guest House

The Continuum

SPCA
-
The Humane Society

Reno Sparks Gospel Mission

St. Vincent’s Dining Hall/Food Pantry

The Crisis Pregnancy Center

New Life Assembly of God Church
-
Living Waters Church
- Sparks Marina (ministry and trash pickup)
S.W.A.T. is also a fundraiser, providing much-needed funds for our school through pledges. Funds raised from S.W.A.T. 2010 will enable our school to
- provide scholarships for students who desire a Christian education but can’t afford it
- continue our school’s accreditation process with the Association of Christian Schools International
